We process our users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website along with our content and services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) GDPR.

3. Server Log Files

Each time this website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing computer system (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system).

4. Appointment Booking (Cal.com)

We use the Cal.com service for online appointment booking. When you make a booking, the data you enter (name, email, phone number, vehicle details) is transmitted to Cal.com and processed for appointment management. As soon as the booking window is opened — regardless of whether you complete a booking — Cal.com automatically collects technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp. Cal.com is a US-based company; data processing takes place in the USA on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 5. AI Chat Assistant

Our website offers a chat assistant that answers questions about our services. When you type and send a message, the text of your message is transmitted to Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, USA) for processing, the provider of the underlying AI technology (Claude). This transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

By default, Anthropic does not use your messages or the generated responses to train AI models, and they are automatically deleted within 30 days. Your IP address is not transmitted to Anthropic; it is processed only temporarily on our own server to prevent abuse from excessive requests.

No data is transmitted for the pre-written quick replies (e.g. "Opening Hours", "Services") — these answers are generated directly in your browser.

Use of the chat assistant is voluntary. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding quickly to customer inquiries).

6. Contacting Us

If you contact us by phone or email, the data you provide will be stored by us to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to object. To exercise these rights, an informal message to the contact address above is sufficient.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements.
